Thank you for choosing AestheticallyEm  for your hair experience. In order to provide you with the best service below is our policies regarding scheduling appointments. Please Read Carefully Before Booking Your Appointment

 

• Hair must be washed and blow dried before your appointment. If not there will be a $25 fee applied to your service. 

• Hair is NOT included in any service.

• I do not work over other stylist work

• Please no extra people without asking

• Wigs must be brought in 2-3 days before your appointment 

 

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

• Deposit is required at the time of booking and goes towards your total balance. ​

• Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but can be transferred to 1 rescheduled appointment.  

• I accept apple pay, zelle, and cash only

• No refunds

LATE/CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS 

• A 15 min grace period is given, after that a $15 late fee will be applied - reach out if you're running late. After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled 

• Cancelled appointments by me will receive their deposits back.
